The excellent characteristics that our wines present for ageing in the barrel and the bottle are enhanced in the various ageing rooms. This bodega is the last building to have been constructed and in it rest more than one and a half million bottles in a atmosphere of absolute silence at a constant temperature.
The temperature in measured by sensors and when faced with non-desirable changes in temperature the climatization equipment begins to function. The functional design allows perfect order and easy access to the wines during the ageing process. The bottles are kept in great wooden cases which allow easy handling in the bottling process and the reserve process.
